CHILI CHEESE LOG
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 (8 oz) pkg process American cheese, shredded 2 to 3 tbsp chopped green chilies 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped crackers (to serve)
Combine cheeses and chiles; mix well. Chill 30 minutes.
Shape into a log by rolling mixture in waxed paper.
Roll cheese log in pecans, coating well. Chill 4-6 hours.
Serve with crackers.
