OLIVE CHEESE PUFF TARTS
2 cups shredded natural sharp American cheese 2 cups butter, softened 1 cup all-purpose flour, sifted 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp salt dash ground cayenne pepper (optional) 48 stuffed green olives
Blend cheese with butter. Stir in flour, paprika, salt, and cayenne (if using). Mix well.
Wrap one tsp of mixture around each olive covering it completely. Arrange on baking sheet and freeze firm. Then place in 2 or 3 small plastic bags and return to freezer.
WHEN READY TO SERVE: Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees F.
