LOLLIPOP GHOSTS

Use 2 (8 1/2x8 inch) white facial tissues for each ghost.

Lay one tissue down, lay second tissue 1/4 turn and then put lollipop in center.

Gather tissue around lollipop (head) and tie with thin ribbon.

Using a fine lined felt tipped pen, draw eyes and nose on 'head'.
