CHEESY POTATOES WITH HAMBURGER

1 large bag frozen hashbrowns
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
3 cups shredded chedder cheese
salt and pepper (to taste)

Mix all together. Spread in a baking dish.

Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F.

You can also put this in the crock pot on low.
