HOT SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP

This is great for a large gathering.

1 (15-oz.) can or jar of artichoke hearts, NOT marinated
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 small jar diced pimento (or you could use diced roasted red peppers as well)
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup ripe black olives, sliced
A few drops of hot pepper sauce, optional (I use it)
tortilla chips or scoops (to serve)

Drain the artichoke hearts and cut into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. (Make sure you drained the spinach well). Spoon into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or scoops.

Serves 12-20, depending on how many appetizers you have available.
