A quick, easy Halloween treat!

OH HENRY BARS

FOR THE COOKIE BAR:
4 cups oats
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup brown sugar
FOR THE FROSTING:
1 cup chocolate chips
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the cookie bar ingredients in a large bowl. Pat into a 9x13-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven.

Microwave chocolate chips and peanut butter until melted together. Spread on warm coookie. Let cool before serving.
