CRISP CHICKEN NUGGETS1 1/2 cups
cornflake crumbs1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2-inch squares
1/2 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a
baking sheet with foil.
Combine crumbs with seasonings in a shallow dish.
Dip in chicken pieces in butter, then roll in crumbs. Place in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in hot, 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
