FIVE O'CLOCK WHIPPED CHOCOLATE3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons
unsweetened cocoa powderdash salt
1/4 cup hot water
1 1/2 cups milk
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons
marshmallow cremeIn medium
saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and salt; stir in water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil and stir 2 minutes.
Add milk. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Beat with
rotary beater or
whisk until foamy.
Beat in marshmallow creme. Serve hot.
