CANNOLI STRAWBERRY TARTS
1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed 1/4 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp rum extract 1/2 cup chocolate chips, miniature 6 graham cracker individual tart shells 6 large strawberries, sliced
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and rum extract; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Spoon about 1/3 cup cheese mixture into each tart shell. Arrange strawberry slices on top of each tart.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
