SWEET POTATO MALLOW

3 large cans yams
1 egg yolk
1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
1 tsp. mace
1 bag mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the yams in mixer until lumps are small. Add egg yolk, sour cream and mace. Mix in mixer until smooth.

Put mixture into 9x13-inch baking pan. Add enough marshmallows to cover top of pan.

Put in 350 degree F oven and bake until mallows are brown.
