TURKEY IN A BAG1 frozen turkey breast
1/2 cup margarine
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 envelope dry Italian dressing mix
1 cooking bag
Thaw frozen turkey breast in original wrapper in refrigerator. Allow 1 day for 4-pound breast.
In cup, mix together melted margarine and dry mixes. Place turkey in cooking bag and pour margarine mixture over turkey in bag. Fasten with closure that comes with cooking bag. Make slits in bag.
Bake according to directions for using bag. Or microwave, using temperature probe, to 190 degrees.
