CAVIAR, SOUR CREAM, AND CHIVES
1/2 cup red caviar, mashed 2 cups sour cream, lightly beaten 2 tbsp minced chives 2 tsp lemon juice raw vegetables cut for dipping or potato chips (to serve)
Combine caviar and sour cream. Add chives and lemon juice.
Serve with raw vegetables or potato chips. This is also a good topping for baked potatoes.
