CHEESE BALLS
1 cup packaged biscuit mix 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup snipped fresh parsley 1 tbsp grated onion
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Thoroughly blend together biscuit mix, cheese, milk, mayonnaise, and dash of salt with fork. Shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Combine parsley and onions. Roll cheese balls in parsley mixture.
Bake at 450 degrees F for 7-10 minutes.
