Recipe(tried): Fruitcake Cookies (re: Elizabeth's question)

Hi Elizabeth,

I'm not sure of the exact amount of fruit the author of this recipe used but it would be my guess that they mean a 1 lb package. If you want to experiment with the recipe your could start with one pound then add more. More will just make for a fruitier cookie. Here's another recipe for you to check out:
