SPAGHETTI WITH CLAM SAUCE
1 (8 oz) pkg spaghetti, uncooked 2 tbsp butter or margarine 2 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp chopped parsley 1/8 tsp dried leaf rosemary 1 (8 oz) can minced clams, reserve liquid 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce 1/4 tsp salt
Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
In medium saucepan melt butter with olive oil. Stir in garlic, parsley and rosemary; cook 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredients for the sauce, including clam liquid, and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve over cooked spaghetti.
