HERBED TOMATOES AND GREEN BEANS
1 (8 ounce) pkg. frozen cut green beans (or equivalent fresh, lightly cooked) 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1 small onion, sliced, in rings 1 clove garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano or basil leaves, crushed fresh chopped parsley or basil (optional garnish)
Place green bean box in Microwave to thaw or if using fresh, cook until bright green.
In medium saucepan, combine beans with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until beans are tender.
Can serve topped with fresh cut parsley or basil.
