I made this for our Thanksgiving appetizer, and everyone has asked that I bring it again for Christmas! Enjoy!
VERMONT CRANBERRY SPREAD
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries 2/3 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with assorted crackers. |
