CUCUMBER-CHEESE COCKTAIL SPREAD
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1/2 lb pasteurized process cheese spread, softened 1/4 to 1/3 cup grated unpeeled cucumber 1 tbsp grated onion dash red pepper salt (to taste) chili powder
Combine cream cheese and cheese spread; blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chili powder. Sprinkle with chili powder.
