SWEET-SOUR SAUSAGE BITES

FOR THE SAUCE:
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp soy sauce
TO SERVE:
Warm smoked sausage links, cocktail franks, or sliced hot dogs

In saucepan blend sugar, flour, and mustard. Stir in pineapple juice, vinegar and soy. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly.

Serve sauce hot with warm smoked sausage links, cocktail franks, or sliced hot dogs.

Makes 2 cups sauce
