TURKEY AND OLIVE SANDWICH FILLING
FOR FINGER SANDWICHES
1 cup diced turkey or chicken
1/3 cup almond-stuffed green olives, chopped
dash pepper
3/4 cup diced celery
1/8 tsp salt or soy sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Combine ingredients together and mix well.
Makes enough for 6 finger sandwiches; about 1 1/2 cups.
