ASPARAGUS ROLL UPS
FOR THE SPREAD: 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 4 oz bleu cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce garlic powder to taste pepper to taste FOR THE ROLL-UPS: 1 loaf sliced bread, crusts removed and each slice flattened 1 can asparagus spears melted butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the ingredients for the spread together.
Spread on one side of each bread slice (one slice for each spear of asparagus). Place an asparagus spear on top of spread and roll up.
Roll in melted butter and cut in thirds. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
