HERBED CASHEW SNACK MIX
2 cups Corn Chex 2 cups bite-size biscuits shredded whole wheat cereal 2 cups pretzel sticks 1 cup cashews 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves (or Italian seasoning) 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Mix cereals, pretzel sticks and cashews in ungreased rectangular pan. 13x9x2 inches.
Melt butter in 1-quart saucepan; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. pour over cereal mixture, tossing until completely coated.
Bake uncovered about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot. Cool slightly.
Serve warm or cool. Store tightly covered.
