BIG CHEESE BALL

16 ounces Colby cheese, shredded
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 onion, finely chopped
1/2 of a 3 ounce jar bacon bits
Garlic flakes (to taste)
Celery salt (to taste)
1 cup chopped pecans (for coating the ball)
assorted party crackers (to serve)

Mix Colby cheese, cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl until blended. Stir in onion and bacon Fits. Add garlic flakes and celery salt and mix well.

Shape into a ball. Coat with pecans. Chill, wrapped in plastic wrap, until firm.

Serve with assorted party crackers.
