HORSERADISH DEVILED EGGS
1 dozen hard boiled eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon mustard 1 teaspoon horseradish, or to taste Snipped chives or paprika for garnish
Shell eggs, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Mash yolks and add mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish. Mix well, and then fill egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with chives or paprika if desired.
