HOT FRUIT SIDE DISH
This can be served as a side dish and the leftovers served over vanilla ice cream for a dessert.
1 large can sliced peaches 1 large can apricots 1 regular-sized can pears 1 regular-sized can pineapple chunks 1 large can mandarin orange slices 1 can cherry pie filling 1/4 cup apricot brandy
Drain all fruit well. Mix fruit, pie filling and brandy gently together. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in a covered dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes or so before serving, as it is extremely hot when it is done baking.
