CHINESE LAUNDRY CAFE'S FETA AND GARLIC PATE
10 oz cream cheese 6 oz feta cheese 6 tbsp butter, softened 1/4 cup sour cream 2 garlic cloves, minced 4 anchovy fillets, minced 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (or 1 tbsp green onions) few drops Tabasco sauce 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in food processor until very smooth and creamy.
TO SERVE: Spread on crackers, bread or bagels. Also terrific in sandwiches.
