GERMAN'S SWEET CHOCOLATE PIE

4 ounces German's sweet chocolate
1/3 cup milk, divided use
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
1 (12 ounce) container whipped topping, thawed
1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell

Combine chocolate and 2 tablespoons of the milk in microwave-safe dish. Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or just until chocolate is almost melted, stirring halfway through cooking process. Stir until blended.

Add remaining milk, cream cheese and sugar, whisking until blended. Chill for 10 minutes.

Fold in 3 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into pie shell. Freeze, covered, for 4 hours.

TO SERVE:
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Top each serving with some of the remaining whipped topping.
