SWEET MUSTARD BACON (BAKED)
12 slices thick-sliced bacon 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard 6 teaspoons packed light brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a jelly roll pan with foil. Place a wire rack in pan.
Place bacon on rack in pan. Spread with mustard and sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake for 45 minutes or until well browned and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
