PASTA WITH BEEF, BROCCOLI AND TOMATOES3/4 pound beef boneless sirloin steak
3 cups uncooked radiatorre, (ruffled) pasta
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pkg fresh or frozen broccoli cuts (6-cups)
1 (14.5 oz) can ready to serve beef broth
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Trim fat from beef. Cut beef into 1/4 -inch ctrips. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
While pasta is cooking, spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray ; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef to skillet; sprinkle with pepper. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until brown.
Stir in broccoli, tomatoes and broth; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Mix cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce; stir into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Toss beef mixture and pasta.
Yield 6 servings
