QUESO FUNDIDO DIABLITO

1 (about 12 oz) jar medium-hot salsa
1 (4 1/2 oz) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup pitted black olives, chopped
1 (about 9 oz) bag tortilla chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix together salsa, chilies and cheeses in a 2-quart casserole or baking
dish.

Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is partly melted. Do not stir.

Garnish with olives. Let stand for 10 minutes. Serve warm with the tortilla chips.

Makes 12 servings
