BILLY'S CHINESE DISH
6 lb chicken or turkey ( cooked )
1 pkg chopped almonds
SAUCE:
2-3 pkgs of onion soup mix
1 lg can pineapple and juice
2 small bottles Russian dressing
small bottle marmalade
In a pot add above ingredients to boil.
Add vinegar mixed with cornstarch to thicken.
Put the sauce over cooked meat, heat in oven on low for about 1/2 hour.
Serve over rice
