HONEY-LIME BUTTER FOR CORN ON THE COB

Melt 1/4 cup butter
Stir in:
2 tablespoons honey (such as clover honey)
1 tablespoon lime juice
salt to taste

Brush on ears of corn after cooking or grilling.
