RUM AND RAISIN SAUCE
2 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp flour 1 cup water 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 oz dark rum raisins
Mix above together, until it becomes a bit thick. Remove from stove. This sauce is wonderful over sponge cake or also over a baked ham dinner. |
