CITRUS MINT TEA7 regular tea bags
7 sprigs mint
1 cup sugar
4 cups boiling water
3 3/4 cups water
2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted
mint sprigs (for garnish)
Place tea bags, mint and sugar in a large container. Pour boiling water over tea mixture and steep for 30-45 minutes.
Remove tea bags and mint sprigs. Add 3 3/4 cups water, pineapple juice and lemonade.
Garnish individual servings with mint sprigs.
Makes 10 cups
