EASIEST VANILLA ICE CREAM

4 cups light cream
1cup confectioner's sugar
2 tsp vanilla

Combine the cream, sugar and vanilla. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.

Makes about 1 quart
