This is from an ad in Rachael Ray magazine. It also says you can replace breadcrumbs in any recipe with crushed French Fried Onions.

FRENCH'S CRUNCHY ONION CHICKEN

1 1/3 cups French's French Fried Onions
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg white beaten

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg; then coat in onion crumbs.

Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees F. until cooked through.
