Fantastic Recipe!!!! I leave out the baking soda because I don't like the bit that it gives to it, but it is an AWESOME recipe. I use homemade vanilla and homemade butter and I pop the popcorn in an air popper. I find that popping the corn into a huge soup pot and then stirring the toffee into that and then putting the pot directly in the oven gives it a more even coating.
