INSTANT PUDDING FILLING OR ICING
1/2 pint heavy (whipping) cream
1/2 pint milk
1 pkg. instant pudding
Pour above ingredients in mixer bowl and beat until thick enough to spread.
Variations:
Use chocolate instant pudding and sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut.
Use vanilla instant pudding and add 2 tablespoons well drained crushed pineapple.
