APPLE HARVEST CAKE
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate bits, small size, 6 oz. pkg.
3 c. diced apples
Put all ingredients into large bowl. Mix with wooden spoon. Pour into greased bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 to 50 minutes in a tube or bundt pan.
