LITTLE ROUND BUTTER AND NUT BALLS
1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks) 5 good tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Dash of salt 2 c. flour 2 c. nuts, chopped
Cream butter and sugar well with mixer. Add vanilla and salt. Add flour and nuts. Mix well by hand, form into small balls.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes and 5 minutes at 400 degrees or until lightly brown on greased cookie sheet. Roll in powdered sugar. (Serve with peppermint ice cream for Christmas dinner!)
