PIZZA OMELET
1 extra lg. egg 1 tsp. water Dash salt & pepper 1 tsp. margarine 2 tbsp. Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 tbsp. spaghetti sauce 6 slices pepperoni
Collect grated Mozzarella cheese, spaghetti sauce and pepperoni near stove top.
In small bowl, whisk egg, water, salt and pepper briefly with fork.
Melt margarine in small non-stick skillet on medium high heat. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet, do not stir. Gently push in edges of omelet to allow uncooked egg to spread out. Put cheese, sauce and pepperoni along center of omelet. Fold edges over center of omelet and slide onto plate.
