SPICY CITRUS SHRIMP

1 lemon
1 orange
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Red pepper flakes and salt to taste
30 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined

Zest lemon and half of orange; set aside zest.

Peel fruit; finely chop half of each. Set aside remaining halves.

Mix zest, chopped fruit, oil, garlic, pepper, flakes, shrimp. Cover; marinate 30 minutes.

Remove shrimp from marinade. Season with salt.

Grill 3 minutes per side.

Use remaining fruit halves to drizzle juice on shrimp.

Yield: 10 servings
