RUSS' KETCHUP DIP WITH SHRIMP

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup ketchup (or more to taste)
2 teaspoons horseradish (optional)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 (6 ounce) can small shrimp, rinsed and drained
crackers (for serving)

With electric mixer combine cream cheese, ketchup, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl until creamy. Stir in onions and shrimp. Chill well.

Serve with crackers.

Makes about 1 cup
