MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN

3 lbs. chicken pieces, skin removed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.

Place bread crumbs in large plastic bag. Add chicken one piece at a time; shake to coat well with crumbs. Arrange chicken on foil-lined baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.

Serve with you favorite steamed vegetable.

Serves 4
