COWBOY SOUP

1 lb hamburger
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup dried minced onion
1 box spanish rice with seasoning packet
FOR SERVING:
shredded cheese
sour cream
tortilla or corn chips

Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

To serve, top with cheese and sour cream. Good with tortilla or corn chips.
