EASY LAYERED SALAD

3 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped red onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 1/2 cups chopped ham
3/4 cup peanuts
1 pkg (10oz) frozen peyiye peas, cooked and chilled
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
parmesan chhese
paprika
red onion rings, for garnish
DRESSING:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp prepared mustard
dash paprika

In a staight sided 3 quart clear bowl, layer lettuce, celery, onion, pepper, ham, peanuts and peas.

To make dressing, combine all ingredients.

Arrange chopped eggs around edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika for color.

Spoon dressing over top of salad. To serve, dig all the way to the bottom of the bowl.
