EASY HAMBUTGER QUICHE
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell 1/2 lb ground beef 1/2 cup mayo 1/2 cup milk 2 eggs 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar or swiss cheese 1/2 cup sliced green onions 1/8 tsp pepper Sliced tomatoes, for garnish
Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. Set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper.
Turn mixture into pastry shell.
BAke at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
GArnish with sliced tomatoes. Serve.
