CHEESEBURGER CAKE
1 pound ground beef 1 cup chopped onion (about 1 large) 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained 2 cups Bisquick baking mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing 1/2 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons prepared mustard 2 teaspoons seasoned salt 1 egg 8 ounces sliced process American or Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons sesame seed
Heat oven to 375 degrees F . Grease springform pan, 9 x 3 inches.
Cook ground beef and onion, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.
Mix beef, onion and remaining ingredients except cheese and sesame seed in medium bowl. Spread half of beef mixture in pan. Top with cheese. Spread remaining beef mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until edges are brown and pull away from side of pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Loosen edge of cheeseburger cake from side of pan; remove side of pan.
