QUICK SEAFOOD SAUCES

TARTAR SAUCE

1 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
2 tablespoons relish
2 teaspoons onion, minced
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

COCKTAIL SAUCE

1 cup catsup or chili sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish*
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco*
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients, cover and refrigerate until chilled.

*Increase for more flavor, if desired.

HORSERADISH SAUCE

1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish*
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate one hour before serving.

*Increase for more flavor, if desired.
