PARTY SHRIMP WITH AVOCADO DIP

Avocado Dip (recipe follows)
2 packages (10 oz. each) SeaPak Cooked Salad Shrimp, thawed and drained

Prepare Avocado Dip.

TO SERVE:
Fill a bowl with chopped ice. Put avocado dip in small bowl and place in center of the ice bowl. Arrange shrimp on the ice. Provide toothpicks for dipping.

AVOCADO DIP
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups dip

2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon liquid hot pepper sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt

Cut avocados in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Peel and mash avocados until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill 1 hour.
